Cancellation & Refund/Exchange Policy - Thy Barbet
1. Return/Exchange Eligibility
You can return or exchange your order within 7 days from the day of order receipt.
Our team will do their best to assist you with returns or exchanges.

2. Important Guidelines
Your satisfaction matters to us the most.
Ensure all tags, labels, and packaging are intact, and the product is unused.
All return, exchange, or cancellation requests must be made via email only.
3. Refund Process
Timeline
Refunds will take 13–17 working days.
Steps
Email us at hello@thybarbet.in with your Order ID and reason for return within 7 days of receiving the order.
We will respond with our return address.
You must deliver the product with all original packaging and tags within 72 hours of sending the email.
Shipping cost must be covered by you.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive the product, our in-house team will inspect it.
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
For any damaged, defective, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for support.
For damaged items, share images and details through the provided link.
Further steps for replacement or full refund will be communicated.
5. Non-Returnable Products
Fabrics, Sale Items, and Last Pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellation is only possible if the product has not been dispatched.
The company retains the final decision-making authority in all cases.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To proceed with an exchange, you must:
Return the existing product, and
Place a new order separately.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an order is cancelled after dispatch, a flat deduction of Rs. 150 will be applied from the refund amount.
